We're taking a look at another random video chat which has been around since 2011, and it's called Coomeet. But just how cool is it?



When you enter their chat platform, it's going to ask if you're a male or female. Then it will offer you a free 5 minutes if you register, along with an option to skip. We skipped this to see what we could discover without registering. Unfortunately when you don't create an account you actually can't see anything.

There are 3 tabs in the upper left corner which say video chat, dating, and messages. The video chat is just an invite to register. The dating tab shows a looping 20 second video of a lady. And the messages are empty except for a 1st message left by the support team.

Okay we've created our coomeet account

We used our gmail and have logged into coomeet. Here is where things get interesting. Although we are able to rotate through women who appear to be live, we dug deeper into the sites coding and found these are just pre-recorded videos of women, and not actual live women you can chat with right now. We found the videos and they are typically 1-2 minute loops of attractive women. It says they are online currently with today's date, but this is just a marketing tactic as these are just videos and not live cams.

If you try to add women to contacts or message any women on the site, it will bring you to the paid upgrade option known as "premium". Here you have various options which are based on buying time on the site.

How premium membership works:

They are currently offering three different packages which you can pay for with credit card. 1 month plus 40 minutes for $1.99. 6 months plus 100 minutes for $29.94. or 1 month + 20 minutes for $9.99.

In order to dig deeper and see what coomeet has to offer, we purchased the $1.99 package which does not rebill. Always watch for that. Coomeet has an average rating on trustpilot.

What we found inside coomeet:

After joining we have full functionality to send messages, add friends, and have video chats with random females. Our plan includes just 40 minutes, and the moment you connect your cam with any female on the site, the clock starts ticking We were able to chat with real women once inside. This time it was not pre-recorded videos. We quickly used our 40 minutes talking to 3 different women using the site. Two were from the United States and one was from Mexico.

So the website does offer random video chat with females. Since they have been around for a while, it makes sense they have enough female members to match up with premium members. We certainly had no problem chatting with women. That being said, none of them were interested in doing anything sexual on cam. They were using coomeet to make friends and as the site suggests, find their soulmate. So if you're looking for friendship and just to talk, then coomeet could be helpful for you.
